A number of corporate sponsors have been very generous and as a result
the project is hoping to commence activities with a formal launch in
early April. At present however the project does not have a major sponsor
and can not employ full time staff as we would like. We would obviously
be delighted to hear from any organisation willing to support the project
in this fashion. A major sponsor would receive full acknowledgment of
its support at all project activities and on all material produced by
the project including the commercially published Atlas's. Sponsorship of a particular bird species will cost £200 (UK Sterling)
per annum for the five year life of the project, this will entitle the
sponsoring organisation to exclusive credits in the Atlas's alongside
the bird report for the particular species. At the end of the project
your organisation will also receive a presentation of an A3 version
of the Breeding Distribution or Abundance map for the relevant species,
as published in the Atlas's. |
