It was considered that one of the reasons for this might have been the fact that finance was being sought for a ‘proposal’ rather than for an established project. That situation has now changed and, clearly, is not only up and running but is on schedule with its work and attracting considerable support and recognition across the range of those individuals and organisations with which it has contact.

A priority for the first part of the year 2000 is to contact more Grant Making Trusts with requests for financial support.
